Her roots and strong relationships are deeply entrenched within the Washington, DC community. With a passion for excellent service, Ms. Eaglin's tenure of twenty-five years in integrated media, marketing, events, and promotions, has uniquely positioned her as an asset to organizations seeking her public relations, strategic planning, advertising, and integrated marketing services.
Before launching her company, Ms. Eaglin led and orchestrated extensive sponsored advertising and marketing planning productions. Ms. Eaglin is a results-oriented professional, committed on the front end to listening to and advising her clients on their needs. She coordinates every detail to produce an enjoyable and memorable experience, exceeding clients' expectations.
Formerly, as Director of Integrated Media at the Washington, DC CBS affiliate, W*USA9, she developed and launched the Integrated Marketing Department. During her tenure at W*USA9, she successfully produced multi-tiered sponsorship packages for various advertisers; this department generated $30,000,000.00 and is still in existence today. These sponsorships required clear communications at the leadership level and working with staff to ensure a successful outcome.
Some examples of her work include: Connecting With Kids with DC Public School System; The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure with Safeway; Buddy Check9 with DC Department of Human Services, McDonald's and Georgetown University Hospital; 9 Booking for Literacy Walk with DC Dept. of Employment Services and Verizon; School Supplies 9 with SunTrust Bank, and Toy Drive 9 with SunTrust Bank, Nissan, the Marine Corps and Toys 4 Tots. Her responsibilities included client and vendor relations, negotiating, budget planning, sponsorship, and timeline development, working with both leadership and staff at the client level, and developing extensive post-campaign reports.
Since launching her company in 2012, Ms. Eaglin has worked with many organizations to enhance their marketing and branding needs. She has completed extensive marketing/branding audits; these audits included a complete gap analysis and recommendations for her clients to address their specific needs as a result of their audit. In addition, Eaglin has rebranded, produced printed marketing materials, and created websites for both for-profit and large non-profit organizations in the Washington, DC metro area. Because of her extensive background, she has also produced marketing videos, photography, and social media strategies and execution.
Ms. Eaglin recently finished serving six years on the Board of Directors for Melwood, a large non-profit which gives opportunities to people with mental disabilities. Additionally, she is a member of the Girl Scout Council of the Nations Capital's Women's Advisory Board member. Formerly, Eaglin was on the Council's Board of Directors, Nominating and Grievance Committees. She is a graduate of Leadership Greater Washington; this designation consistently provides Ms. Eaglin with a formidable network of like-minded professionals in creating better communities to live within through their charitable and professional efforts.
Ms. Eaglin grew up and resides in Montgomery County, Maryland. She is a graduate of Indiana University, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Forensic Studies and a Minor in Telecommunications. As a mother of two accomplished and creative daughters, Ms. Eaglin believes in leading by example.
